Antique Sterling Silver Repousse Bangle Baby Teether

Sterling silver puffy twisted style with floral band repousse antique bangle. Round with 2.5" opening.
I've heard these also called teething rings and I can see why. There is little dents here and there where baby teethed. Nothing is squished in but as you can see from my pictures there are little dent spots. On the wrist its not easy noticed. 5/16" wide. Fit up to a 7 3/4" wrist.
Overall it is in typical condition for a piece of this age and make. I lightly polished it as it had a lot of patina. I don't see a stamp but I did test it for silver and it is not magnetic.
