Vintage 10K yellow gold ring with an oval angel skin carved cameo measuring approx. 11 x 8.7 mm, bezel set with a wirework frame. The cameo is a lady in profile. The colors are a very soft pink background with white cameo. The shoulders also have rosette wirework.
Surely a beloved gift-there is hand engraved initials inside I can't make out. Its very comfortable on the finger. Overall in very good condition.
Currently sz 7.5 but message for sizing estimate.
