Vintage 14K yellow gold ring (stamped and verifed) featuring an oval cut natural sapphire measuring approx. 7 x 5mm, deep navy blue, with three round cut diamonds on each side. Two diamonds have surface reaching inclusions noticable by magnification but are secure. The sapphire facet junctions are sharp and the stone is in very good condition.
