Marked sterling silver with 50 strands. Originally created by Native American silversmiths and known as silver heshi. This vintage sterling silver necklace is made from heshi beads (thin long beads) which are strung and create the illusion of shimmering strands of spun silver. Liquid silver feels silky to the touch and is very comfortable against the skin. The necklace is finished with two sterling silver slightly curved cones and spring ring. 30" length. Excellent condition.
