c1930 Vintage Art Deco 18K White Gold Three Diamond and Sapphire Ring 1.5 ctw

An authentic Art Deco 18K white gold ring. The shank is stamped 18k and the metal has been verified. The North - South style ring has three round cut old European cut diamonds weighing approx. .50 ct each, measured by diameter. Total diamond weight approx. 1.5 ctw. Under loupe they have the characteristic larger open culets. Approx. H-I color and VS-SI clarity. I am a GIA diamond graduate and a second GIA graduate also viewed this ring. If you love older cut diamonds these are beauties with lots of sparkle.
On the sides are 2 French cut sapphires (surely synthetic as that was the norm for these style pieces). The diamonds are set by tiny prongs and the sapphires are bezel set. The setting is the classic Art Deco filigree style-engraving throughout with flower/star motifs. A dramatic ring that is approx. 1" top to bottom and just shy of 3/4" wide. Currently its a size 7 but message if you need a different size and we can get you an estimate.
