What a crazy piece--I think it is a belt-but it does have a pin back so you can wear it multiple ways. It has a hook that connects to the chain.
Capricorn symbol with green glass cabochon eyes. 2 1/2" length x 1/1/4" wide. Has a hook and pin back. Satiny finish-looks designer but I don't see any makers mark. Chain is 1/4" wide.
About 42" length chain.
In very good condition and really a unique piece.
