14K yellow gold ring featuring a laurel pattern set with marquis cut rubies and round brilliant cut diamonds. Each ruby measures approx. 3.85 x 2.10 mm. The ten diamonds measure approx. 1 mm each. All gemstones are securely set. The rubies are pinkish red and even under microscope do not show wear. Very good condition for a preowned piece.
Diamonds are natural and there are inclusions that lead me to believe the rubies are natural as well.
