An Exceptional Mid Century Mesh 14K Yellow Gold Longines Surprise Watch

This is a work of art dating to the mid century. The watch is mesh 14K yellow gold that looks like a ribbon around the wrist. The center featured a surprise watch with a leaf like door that has a brushed finish and round cut diamonds set in white gold. Approx. .28 ctw, near colorless, vs2. The clasp snaps tight and stays, there is a sweet heart push button to release and a safety latch.
The movement is Longines. The dial is a satin finish with bezel cut edge crystal.
Condition is very good-the watch has been wound a few times and is keeping good time. I can't guarantee that is will work forever as it will need care, cleaning in the future. The crystal is clean. The watch has been lovingly cared for over the years.
Should fit a wrist up to around 7".
