Impressive Retro Solid 14K Rose and White Gold Diamond and Ruby Set Surprise Hidden Watch

This watch was made to impress!
This retro style is so iconic -to me it feels a little mechanical but yet bold and dramatic.
The watch is solid 14K rose gold with white gold accents. It is stamped 14k in the case and clasp. The gold content was also verified. The style is a surprise /hidden watch. There is a gemstone encrusted door that opens. The watch is set with rubies and diamonds. The diamonds are prong and bezel set. The largest is approx. .21 ct and has a slightly open culet-I'd consider it a late Old European cut style. All the other diamonds are full cuts. Total diamond weight is estimated at .80 ctw. The diamonds are near colorless and clean under loupe. The rubies are a red/pink hue and I'd estimate the carat weight around 1.85 cts. All gemstones are securely set. Only under magnification do I note a few nicks to facet junctions on the rubies.
The movement is by Clinton Watch Co., Swiss, 17 Jewels. I have wound this watch a few times and it is running and keeping good time. You gently pull the stem to set time and manual wind it. Please note that watches will need cleaning and upkeep so I can't promise it will always work but the parts are there and we do have a watch repairman if you need assistance.
The front of the watch (case area with gemstones) measures 2" in length and is 9/16" wide. The dial is rose gold with black dashes, crystal is in very good condition.
The strap is also 14k rose gold and has a slink snake style link. There is a strong fold over clasp with a secondary fold over for safety. Also a safety chain (stamped 14K on clasp). Currently it will fit around a 6.5" wrist but a jeweler and assist and customize it to your wrist. Please note there is one area on the back of the strap where a little repair was done-see the last two photos.
Condition is very good-but please note the small old repair to the back of the strap as noted above. It a rare style and a piece to be treasured for another 100 years. I'd wear this beauty with an armful of platinum diamond tennis bracelets.
