I am really like the design of this cuff by David Yurman. It's the cool blue topaz hues and purple iolite hues combined together in different shapes that makes this so striking. Also if you are not a fan of the heavy David Yurman pieces this is lighter and to me more confortable then some of the wide twisted cable link pieces.
The design is Confetti and there are various checkerboard cut shaped topaz and ilotes along with diamond pave set oval links. The overall width is 1 1/8" wide and it is slightly adjustable so you can squeeze down or up. I am a 6.25" wrist and it fits well-can go up to most likely to a 7" ish.
