Vintage 10K Yellow Gold Oval Black Onyx with Diamond Lacey Setting Ring

Stamped 10K inside shank and tested. The ring features an oval shaped black onyx with a white gold diamond mounting in the center set with a tiny round cut diamond. The onyx is set by crown like prongs in a lacey setting. Top to bottom the ring measures 1" and 3/4" wide.
