Stamped 14k on the bale and tested. The pendant features an open heart in yellow gold with graduated round cut pinkish red rubies. Under micrscope they have characteristics of natural rubies. They range in size from 1.90 - 2.85 mm, The top is white gold with round cut diamonds. The bale is set with a baguette shaped ruby. The bale will accomodate larger chain. 15/16" top to bottom, 5/8" wide.

First thing that captives you looking at this pendant is the color-lovely deep pink/red ruby hue. Condition is very good preowned. I see typical characteristics for rubies including a few lifted crystals on back side. Nothing noticable by eye this is only under microscope. I do see silk, crystals, two phase inclusions.
