Antique Victorian Hand Carved Coral Floral Brooch in 14K Yellow Gold

The amount of work that went into this brooch is amazing. Each rose and leaf carefully hand carved from coral and placed on 14K yellow gold stems to create a one of a kind brooch. This one is larger than normally seen measuring approx. 2.5" in length and 2" wide. The brooch isn't stamped (very typical for these pieces) but tests as 14k solid gold. The condition is very good I see one stem (maybe two) that does not have a coral ending but the piece looks harmonious and full. This is natural coral (no dye) so you will see imperfections that comes from nature. Coral is becoming endangered and pieces like these will only increase in value in time.
