Silver possibly French fly stick pin with tiger's eye body and paste set head and wings. The silver will polish up and is around .800-.900 silver. The paste is cut like of mine cut diamonds and still sparkly and white. The body has an oval tiger's eye set in a crown style mounting. The piece measures 1 3/8" it has a shorter stick pin then we normally see. The fly measures 3/4" in length. He could be converted to a pendant but he is great looking as a pin on a lapel or on your coat or sweater cuff.
Very good condition-just under magnification do I see some wear to paste facet junctions.
