A genuine Art Deco ring dating to the 1930's. The ring is 14k white gold (there is a gold stamp but difficult to make it out), gold was verified by touchstone. The setting features an approx. 5 mm, .50 ct old European cut diamond. By eye the diamond is clean, only under magnification is there is very slight pin points. I am a diamond graduate of GIA and estimate it a VS2 clarity. The color is near colorless-its always hard to grade color in a setting but I'd estimate around I. Very good cut-open culet is centered and facets well proportioned. There are size bead style prongs holding the diamond. I didn't get a chance to steam clean this before taking pictures but will do it before shipping.
The setting has open work, some milgrain edging. Back of shank is 1 mm deep. Front top to bottom is 9 mm tall.
Overall it is a very wearable ring, nice bright sparkling diamond, just a little wear on some of the ring designs /normal wear for a piece approx. 90 years old.
Size 6.25 but we do offer sizing service.
2.7 grams
Layaway available.
